On the 19th of November, I was invited to present my research endeavours at the Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI), which, amongst great accomplishments in computing and the internet in Europe, is considered the birthplace of the Python programming language.

I presented my work on spatial computing for automated vehicle and pedestrian interactions, as well as for critical interfaces in control rooms. I also explored my current work in applied technological solutions for the future of nursing at the Erasmus MC and Industrial Design Engineering, TU Delft, and, of course, demonstrated how I have examined human attention throughout my process, including in digital heritage and museum research.

It was extra special to discuss digitalheritage and social VR projects and interests with the colleagues there. Grateful to Prof. Pablo César for the invitation to spend a day with the Distributed & Interactive Systems Group (DIS) | Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica (CWI), and to all the lovely people who made me feel at home.
