šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹I have really enjoyed this past week, which I have spent in Turin following an invitation by theĀ POEL (Possible Entanglements Lab) @PolitoĀ - Department of Architecture and Design (DAD) of theĀ Politecnico di TorinoĀ to spend a week conducting a knowledge exchange.

šŸ¤– Earlier in the week, I delivered a talk to several professors, designers, technologists, and graduate students about my scientific and design research and artistic projects. I focused on the projects I worked on during myĀ Marie Skłodowska-Curie ActionsĀ Doctoral studies, the work I conducted at theĀ RijksmuseumĀ in Amsterdam, and the current project NURTURE (FRAIM,Ā Erasmus MC,Ā TU Delft | Industrial Design Engineering).

🚘Later in the week, I also delivered a lecture on human-machine interfaces to students pursuing the automotive engineering degree.

šŸ–¼ļø During my visit here, I also had discussions on human-robotĀ interaction, appliedĀ AI, andĀ digitalĀ heritage. It was fun to briefly join the digital heritage group at DAD on a heritage scanning exercise.

šŸ™ I want to thankĀ Maria Luce Lupetti, andĀ Alessandro IannielloĀ for their hospitality. Furthermore, I want to thankĀ Luigi De RussisĀ for introducing me to his group and for the interesting discussions, also together with Yvonne Rogers, who also happened to be visiting.

Pleased to have had the chance to exchange ideas in beautiful Torino, which offered some amazing historical sites that I was happy to revisit. Grazie!

Thank you for the Erasmus+ teaching exchange funding for the financial assistance.

Location:Ā Turin, Italy
